The survey responses @tru88le or something else?  :)
The survey questions, purpose and plenty else too really.
Its just the asking questions that I dont see how you can use the responses you will get and can only assume you c9nvert the term 'enjoy' to something that can be represented in an algorithm or something equally binary. How are himan emotions transposed to something you can interpret digitally.
My lical housing association once paid a lot of money to a scientist to equate money spent with customer happiness so they could  have some way of assessing how happy the money they spent made their tenants feel and the object was to have a 'happiness value'!
I saw your questions as heading the same way and believe it to be a thing busineses do when they have nothing more purposeful but still need to justify the money they take.
I think Scopes website is designed to be a corporate justification of the same thing it apoears to be everything it should be on the surface but just underneath it is tightly regimented to thwart any input that may detract from its public and corporate image, a shiny clean place to show investors or justify what it has had yet at the same time it does not and will not endorse a single thing on the site, denies that it offers any legally defemsible material and denies it has any value as a source of welfare advice and basicalky everything here should be taken with a pinch of salt and 'proper' legal advice should be taken.
Considering the cash Scope sbsorbs I thought this was rather weak because peolleDO very much come here for advice and go away thinking they got it! Yet there you are denying that entirely if nit denying then shirking responsibility when people use it as it is intended, not realising its just an empty pot to pad out  public perception that it is providing a welfare service for all kinds of welfare when realky that is just a surface illusion in reality Scopedoes not stand by what is said on the site or the damage such misrepresented advice causes.
The only info Scope suppirts can be found in leaflets and so the site is just a collection of leaflets presented in a pleasant manner.
If you really need help, Scope should be the last place you look, after Facebook maybe.
