My daughter is 19 and is doing a supported internship next year. Child Tax Credits come to an end when she is 20 in October. Is she able to claim anything in her own name? She is on the high rate PIP. She has never claimed ESA.

Hi,Support Internships are classed as full time education. Students under the age of 21 can only claim Universal Credit under very specific circumstances. I'm assuming she has parental support from you, which means she won't be able to claim UC.
