FIRST TIME POSTING!!!
Known and new conditions after an emergency mri scan Sunday… advise about moderate canal stenosis, foraminal stenosis with facet joint osteophyte abuttingthe L5 nerve root …. Any enlightenment would be helpful

I can imagine that having an emergency MRI scan might have been a little stressful. How did you find it? 

I'm sure that we have other members with experience of these conditions, or at least something similar. It might help us if you tell us a little more about the kind of advice you're looking for. For example, are you looking for advice on pain management tips, mobility, daily living, and so on?

Hi @Shazza1986 sounds like your in shock over your diagnosis, what did your doctor or consultant say about it.
