If your PIP includes the daily living part there will be no non dependent deductions for housing benefit.
Council tax is totally different. Whether you’re entitled to any council tax reduction will totally depend on your circumstances.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Non dependent deductions apply to council tax too. Therefore if you’re receiving daily living PIP you’re exempt from those deductions https://www.entitledto.co.uk/help/non-dependants

Unfortunately that it isn't necessarily true - for working age claimants it depends on the rules set by the local authority
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
