If this was a review started by DWP then there will be no backdated money owed. You will receive the extra money from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
If you reported a change of condition then you will be entitled to the extra money from the assessment period in which you reported the change.

It will depend on how much earnings you received during each assessment period.

If you received some UC payment in each of the previous months the work shouldn't make any difference. Any earnings you had in excess of the Work Allowance should already have been taken into account after you were found to have LCW and the Work Allowance applied.

If you had some months of no UC due to the earnings then the arrears may be reduced by a deduction for the excess earnings not previously taken into account.

Not clear what "got £00,00 on my journal payday" means.

Whether there's any money owed during those months will depend on earnings received.

Hi Poppy.MY CLAIM STARTED 2019,THEY PUT ME IN LCW AFTER A TRIBUNAL THEN I WORKED 4 MONTHS COLLAPSING AT WORK MASSIVE WEIGHT LOSS I APPEALED TO UPPER TRIBUNAL,THEN THEY AGRRED BACK TO LOWER I WON BUT THAT FOUR MONTHS WAS 6 MONTHS AGO,WOULD IT AFFECT THE BACK PAYMENT FOR ALL THESE MONTHS PRIOR TO MY WORK ON LCW OR JUST THE MONTHS WHERE I EARNT TO MUCH

The fact you worked makes no difference. The only impact on what you are owed will be when you earned 'too much'. There will be a reduction on the arrears owed in those months.

YOU MEAN I WILL GET 4 MONTHS LESS AS I EARNED TO MUCH IN THAT 4 MONTHS?

As advised, it will depend on how much earnings you received in each of those months.

What was your maximum UC entitlement before the deductions? Your statements will give you a breakdown off all the elements included as well as the amounts.  It's not possible to give any advice without more information.

It's more difficult to read your posts if you only use capitals.

They are no extra payments for LCW (unless it was backdated to before April 2017).
    BOG STANDARD 640 PM
There is no 'bog standard' £640/month. How is the £640 made up? Does it include help with rent?

I know theres no extra for LCW the tribunal was about that dicision not to give me LWRCA,which I have now,and yes the 640/month is my rent too.

So the first £335 of your earnings are ignored and there is a deduction of 55% of everything over this.

    if you earned £1800 in a month the deduction would be (£1800 - £335) x 55% = £805.75.

Once the LCWRA is added to your UC your maximum amount will be £983/month so even in a month when you earned £1,800 there would some UC payable (£178).

    Yes. Working won't affect that.
