Hi Teddybear, I was diagnosed with IBS 33 years ago, spent 6 years undiagnosed when symptoms ramped up to a new level before discovering the CC. I too have a list of foods that i avoid i.e bread, pasta, processed foods etc, and pretty same measures you take, but having my third flare of the year and its only just April, feeling very tired of all this and budesonide not really having the desired effect of curing this all together!Teddybear12 said:Hi @longsufferingIBD Welcome to the Community. I suffer from ulcerative colitis and have for several years. This is not the same as collagenous colitis but does have similar traits. I have over the years by keeping a food diary been able to identify which foods make my conditions worse. However every one is different. I do not eat any fried food, and have to be careful with dairy. Tomatoes, onions and citrus fruit are a big NO. I tend to eat smaller meals more often not large meals in one go. I hope this helps you. Take care.
Appreciate your help
