Haha most of these nursery rhymes have sinister meanings. Ring of roses is about black death, a tissue a tissue, we all fall down.

I used to love saying the little rhyme to my children when they were young, the last little piggy ran all the way home was the cue for a tickle or two! Great fun. 

Its a very old rhyme according to Wikipedia and was quite innocently meant as far as I know. Read into it what you will, depends on your demeanour really.
