Hi everyone, does anyone have any information regarding tribunals. I received a letter , my universal credit tribunal for lcwra was adjourned as they want my medical notes, which I have agreed to. They said I might not have to attend another tribunal and they will let me know the once they have gone through my notes etc. Does anyone know of this ? And how long i could be typically waiting? The first tribunal was March 11th .

Sometimes it’s possible for them to make a decision on paper alone. There’s no timescales, if a decision can be made on paper you’ll receive the decision in the post. Otherwise you’ll have another date for a hearing.1

I'm glad to see Poppy could help @susieb45 and I hope you won't have too long to wait.
Please do ask if other other questions come up in the meantime, and I hope you're enjoying your weekend
