I get lwrca with the housing element. I have just been awarded pip. Will I now pay for my housing costs.

No. As advised on your other thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/90449/lwrca-and-pip-awards#latest your PIP is completely different benefit to UC and you will receive both. The PIP will not affect any of your UC.
