Working on LWCRA. Will it affect my claim?
Hi there,
I currently receive UC and LWCRA,
I know there is a work allowance on LWC but what if i was to work part time while claiming LWCRA, Will that affect my Claim? I was under the impression you could not work at all while claiming LWCRA as it would decrease my claim
Many thanks

Working will not affect your claim entitlement unless the type and/or quantum of work contradicts the reason you have been found to have LCW.
However the amount you receive may reduce.Your UC will be reduced by 55% of any earnings in excess of the Work Allowance.0 -

If you have LCWRA you have Limited Capability for Work (LCW) and Work Related Activity. You will be eligible for a work allowance if you (and/or your partner) either have:
- responsibility for a child
- limited capability for work
doesn't mention anything about LWCRA
