so bit of a long one so ill begin at start in 2017/2018 i was on esa then had my daughter because of this i was told to claim universal credit when i did i was told my limited capability for work activity would carry over as i did assesments and that. but i never recived a payment now fast forward tor august 2020 my uc claim rang uc to tell them had moved and they closed my claim and reopened it so that started me off again so i sent in sick note as i told them about my health condition they said i had to anyway in january 2022 had note on journal to say i had missed an assesment but i never got letter and there was nothing on my journal so i asked how i was ment to know about it and what the assesment was for when they told me to do with my health i stated "like i did with esa " that when they asked when i was on it and if i had told workcoach i said yes but never got payment now esa are saying i was never on it to tem so i rang esa and they told me to tell uc to look on drs system which i did now a team leader rang me and said that they still cant fnd me even though i rang esa then rang them, i was then told to find proof then the team leader can investigate!!
now im being told that the sick note i sent was from august to september 2020 ran out and they want one from october 2020 to date this was asked for in febuary.
they also asked me to prove my housing costs for 3rd time
i feel im being victomised by them
is this ok or should i complain and if so who to

Sorry to hear about what you have been through, it sounds like it's been a very long and frustrating process.
I have moved your discussion over to our Universal Credit category just so that it is in a more suitable place, and you also might find it helpful to have a browse through the category for any other discussions.
This isn't something I have any particular knowledge of but I just wanted to share this link about making complaints with you, as it was something you enquired about whether you should do at the bottom of your post.0
