Have you received this letter (below) from your doctor? This may be if you have a genetic disorder or disease, for example, or maybe you have seen this as a carer. We’re working with the National Health Service who’d like to speak to people with certain medical conditions. They’re looking to get some feedback on a new service and are particularly interested in speaking with people who have challenges with certain skills. If you are a carer then we'd ask that you both join the session, and you will both receive a £60 bank transfer for your time.
