I am here for two reasons. One, I have a long term disability in that I have IBS which is extremely hard to manage in my job role. I am also creating an Employee Resource group and would love to learn more about disabilities that impact people in the work environment, how they care for people at home with disabilities or they manage a person with disabilities.

Hello and welcome to the community @sPEAR, it's lovely to see you join us.
Thanks for introducing yourself and telling us a bit about what motivated you to join the online community, we're happy to have you aboard and look forward to seeing you getting involved.
Is your employer aware of your IBS and how it impacts you? Are they supporting and accommodating of your needs in the workplace?
Your resource group sounds very interesting, and as though it will be very helpful for people.0
