    Hi,
Unfortunately, a fit note will no longer be accepted because you were found fit for work. When claiming UC you're classed as a job seeker until a decision on a WCA says otherwise.
Claiming PIP has nothing to do with the WCA and doesn't automatically entitle you to LCW.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

A Tribunal is not a court and you're not on trial. Some hearings may take place in a court building but they're nothing like a court.
JSA  is young people who  look for work  can add to their NI

UC has replaced all the old legacy benefits. It also pays your NI credits towards your state pension. Unfortunately, when claiming UC you're classed as a job seeker until a decision on the WCA says otherwise.
do you think I am putting   this on  so I don't have to work
Can you please quote exactly where i said that? The best thing you can do is put the assessment report away because this isn't going to help your case at all. What you should do is concentrate on exactly which descriptor you think applies to you. For LCWRA you can see the descriptors here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity

I think you must be reading something completely different. No where at all did i tell you that you're putting anything on.
I advised you on the rules of fit notes once you've been found fit for work and nothing more. I don't make the rules, just give the advice. Then gave you the link to the descriptors.
I won't be commenting further but i wish you good luck.

Hello @Eyepie4567. Thanks for reaching out to us for support. I appreciate how much courage this can take, especially when things are difficult for you.

How frustrating for you with the conflict between your GP and DWP. I can hear how concerning this is for you, especially when you have mixed anxiety and depression and osteoarthritis high blood pressure.

How did talking to your GP about this go for you? It sounds like you have a supportive GP so hopefully, they will be able to help with this.

Unfortunately, this is not an area of my expertise. This means that I can only hope someone with more knowledge in this area is able to support you through this time.

However, in the meantime, I wanted to respond to let you know we hear you and are here for you. If you would like to tell us more about how you are feeling, please feel free to. We are listening to you.

Hello there @Eyepie4567 and thank you for reaching out on the forum today. I'm sorry what's been happening has been making you feel low.

It takes a lot of strength to reach out and ask for help, and it can be stressful when it feels like we aren't being heard. It does sound like your GP is very supportive from what you've said, which is positive to hear.

Do you feel like you're getting enough support for your mental and physical health at the moment?

If you'd like support for feeling stressed or anxious, I can recommend these:

When you have taken a break and feel ready, can you tell me what has happened with your tribunal, just so I can make sure I've understood. Is it for your work capability assessment?

Let me know if you're still unsure of anything, or if you'd like us to support you further :)

Not good my osteoarthritis and anxiety and depression etc  not sleeping well and  not eating properly. I feel cold  because of the wather  and struggling to get a bus pass  because of my  problems. Rejected they want a blue badge as evidents  but I told them I don't have a car  but on the blue badge site  if  you not aotomatically eligible you can still apply if you stressed anxiety and depression walking  going places???? Which I have walking places and have mixed anxiety and I get stressed   out too
