Need Advice. Should I have to attend a work review meeting now I'm in the support group?

Hi everyone
I put a message up about my award for esa and being put in support group on my uc journal
I sent a message under payments and I get a message back to say they will send a message to my work coach to put me in for a work capability assessment ?.
I sent a message back to say that I have already had assessment and been put in support group from esa but I have not had a reply back and its been 2 days.
I also messaged my work coach as I have a Work review next Thursday and have inform them that I am now in the Support group and I am of the understanding that I don't have to go to the work review meeting I have not received a message back and its been 2 days ?
I'm stressing out as the place they want me to go to is quite far and having to get someone to take will be a pain. My anxiety has been quite bad because of this.
How do I proceed as I don't want to be a pain but I also don't want to go for a work review meeting when I don't have to now I am in the Support Group.
