Hi there
My partner gets new style esa and his in the support group he's receiving 117 a week his pip assessment has finally just been done since waiting last year due to a change of circumstances and he has been awarded the enhanced daily living and enhanced mobility until 2025.... If he is on esa is he supposed to receive the disability premium now on esa because he receives enhanced pip or does that no longer exist

New style benefits are equivalent to the old contribution based and premiums only applied to income based awards and these have been replaced by UC.
