Local mental services

These mental health services are ok if they understand about additional issue like disability or cater for additional issues. But they all don't.
One if the services I used they only give you support for 18 hours which includes reading and understanding my disabilities which need additional support like getting to a place or someone to make connection to places.
I would get a support worker to help me if I had one but that's another complicated issue.

Thanks for posting your thread @Harp, it's good to hear from you
I'm sorry that you've found it hard to access mental health support services that are accommodating of your additional needs. Have you considered online or over the phone therapy as a way of resolving the challenge of getting there?
I wanted to provide the link for Hub of Hope, which you can enter your postcode into to find mental health support services local to you. Perhaps that will bring up some previously undiscovered options for youI would get a support worker to help me if I had one but that's another complicated issue.
Can I ask what you mean by this statement? Sorry that it has been a complicated issue for you, if you'd like to provide further details then members might be able to provide suggestions for how you could overcome the issues0 -

I had an assessment bin 2017 for social care but was told my disabilities was too good.
Last year a member of a charity helped me to look into getting me my assessment which I got. It said I was eligible for social care. I don't get no other support even from my family cus my mother attitude towards me.
I am still seeking getting social care but I list confidence in the loop cap council as they first gave me an agency with no CQC rating.0
