Relax and recharge with a FREE Healthy Living Day at Stoke Mandeville Stadium

This one-day event takes place on Saturday 21 May and will include a series of inclusive exercise sessions and workshops (Paracise, Yoga, Tai Chi and Wobble) The day will be a great opportunity to exercise with others, share fitness tips and feel energised as a result of taking part.

It is open to all disabled people with a physical impairment and suitable for anyone over the age of 16.

    This is really a helpful session for all the disabled people.
    I am not disable but can understands how they feel. They also have all the rights to live a good life and this is really nice program for relaxing healthy living day.
