You don't need to tell anyone because this won't affect your claim in anyway and won't be taken into consideration. The Tribunal will only look at how your conditions were at the time the original decision was made.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hello there @1977young and thanks for posting your query.

The tribunal is about you at the time of the initial assessment, so change of circumstances isn't something you need to worry about.

Just for clarity, new medication doesn't come under the reasons for a change of circumstances.

This is the list explaining a 'change of circumstances':
    • your personal details change, for example your name, address or doctor
    • the help you need or your condition changes
    • your condition has worsened and you’re not expected to live more than 6 months
    • you go into hospital or a care home
    • you go abroad
    • you’re imprisoned or held in detention
    • your immigration status has changed, if you’re not a British citizen

    Does that make sense?

If there's anything else I can help with in the meantime, just ask :)

I understand, it is so frustrating and stressful to be waiting such a long time, and hopefully you're on the home stretch now!

The community will be here to support you whenever you need it, and think how well you've done to go through the process to this point, it's really not easy!

Make sure to take time to look after yourself, and fit in little things you enjoy if you can, that'll help.
