The DWP will have to provide the tribunal with a copy of all the documentation related to your claim including all the information you sent in. You will also be sent a copy of all this information.
You can send additional information to the tribunal if you wish to. If you have not done so yet you should describe how your partner is affected in relation to each of the activities.0 -
Thanks do i have a time limit for this?0

i have, completely the appeal online but would like to add, witness statements ect.0

Any extra evidence needs to be received by HMCTS before the hearing date.Witness statements? You’re not on trial at a Tribunal. What is useful if you haven’t already done this is, a couple real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.
Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half and A4 page per descriptor that applies.0 -
Thanks yes we will do,feels like waiting for a trial. Will keep you updated with the journey.Kind Regards0

Well tribunal has been done,What an awful experience my other half and myself felt as though he was on trial.I feel things were said that were rushed and trying to trip you up,and remembering what things were like 18 plus months ago.Was difficult....if this has been lost.can we apply again asap?As things have now gotten worse.I really do not know if we can go through this again!!!!0

You can reapply at anytime but you need to wait for the decision of the Tribunal first. Usually they send a decision letter to you within a few days.If the worst happens and you're refused you need to get some expert advice before reapplying because doing so using the same evidence you previously used will likely see another refusal. We've had members here that didn't think it went well but had a decision in their favour.1

I'm sorry to hear that you don't feel as though it went well @sarseg1. I'd second the advice to wait to see what the decision is, and go from there
Have you and your other half been able to take your minds off of it a little today?
