Hi Alex. Don't figure complaining about the Dr. will bode well for future visits. But feeling a bit better for having my say on here.  keep safe everyone..

I'm glad the community could help @barney44 and it's completely up to you of course- I don't think it would be a complaint per se, especially if you lead by suggesting an alternative solution to help deaf or hearing impaired patients, it's more like constructive feedback on how they can be more accommodating in future! :)

I agree with Alex at @barney44 it doesn't have to be a complaint just a suggestion, or an helpful idea.
My Father in law is in hospital at the moment, he is on a Dementia ward. All the staff wear the see through visors, we are allowed to take our masks down when we are sitting around his bed, this is so the patient understands us and see's who we are.

I know what your saying @Username_removed about the health and safety side of things within buildings.
Our surgery is a brand new building with dentist and chemist in the same building.
All the windows are open, same as the local school.
I have been to the dentist and chemist on several occasions but only been to the doctors for bloods, when i have been there is no one in the waiting room and the two staff on reception just seem to be spending their time twizzling on their chairs.
Roamer has it most of our doctors have left the surgery but i suppose there not going tell us that !!
