My son leaves collage in July.
I've done a calculation on my local housing benefit site. And it's saying I will loose this £69.40 is this correct?

I note in another thread that your PIP includes daily living part, this means that there will be no non dependant deductions for your housing benefit. However, if you're claiming either Income Related ESA/JSA or Income Support and this includes the Severe disability premium, then you will lose this, unless your son claims either DLA mid/high rate care, PIP daily living or registered blind.0

If your adult son lives with you and does not get a disability benefit you will lose the SDP in the calculation of your HB. However that doesn’t necessarily mean that your HB will go down, it will depend on your other finances.0

Thankyou x0
