I used to enjoy running but had a negative experience when I tried joining a running club,  but as soon as they learned about my epilepsy,  they decided I was a " health risk " so I couldn't come back.  That was 15 years ago.  But it really knocked my confidence.

I'm sorry you had that experience @Louloubell1980 :( I can imagine that could've knocked your confidence.

Have you tried looking around for any clubs or groups that advertise themselves as accessible, friendly, or inclusive? Your local council may be able to help with this.
