Hi all
I had my phone assesment 12 days ago, is it normal that iv not had a text yet to say they have recieved my report?

    Sometimes a report is chosen for audit, if this has happened it will delay the report being returned. It's nothing to worry about, they are just checking the assessor did their job correctly. If it's in audit, there's no timescales how long it will remain there.

    I rang just now,and the lady dosnt understand why there is no report thru after this long, said for me to ring the assesment number to chase it up.typical :(

    The person you spoke to was someone from a call centre, who would have very little knowledge. Until the report has been returned it's out of their hands. The most likely reason is it's in audit.
