I had a gap in my sick notes. I've been awarded LCWRA. Will they back date it?

Usually you need to continue to hand in fit notes without any gaps. It will be down to a decision maker to decide whether to backdate for the whole time.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Welcome to the community @anthonyfloyd I hope that poppy123456's comment has helped to clear that up for you. Please do let us know how you get on!
I'm sorry to hear that your mental health was unstable last year. How are things now? Do you mind me asking whether the situation with your children's been resolved?
