From May 2020 until December 2021 I received Universal Credit. In December they told me that they will suspend my payment for 2022. Finally on 14th February 2022 they closed my case, because there was a Fratila case at the Supreme Court,
I am Italian
I started this year until April I didn't have a penny for living. I had to ask my house mates for small amounts of money for living.
I applied several times for receiving Universal Credit again but they day that FAILED MY HABITUAL RESIDENCE TEST. A lawyer told me that was wrong but she couldn't explain me why. Can anybody give me a hand with this?

I believe this revolves around the entitlement of those with Pre-settled status.
I think that subject is too specialist and beyond the scope of this forum.
