Loneliness
L stands for loneliness especially when your husband is in and out of hospital
O stands for one being on their own
N stands for nastiness of being on your own especially at Christmas
E stands fo the envy you feel when you see your friends and family with other people
L stands for the love of other people show you when let them know you are feeling alone
I stands for involvement of friends and family to help you overcome loneliness
N stands for being nice to yourself especially when you feel alone
E stands for enjoying things around you to help you overcome loneliness
S stands for support you can have when you allow others in
S stands for the sunshine in the world which yo can find in any situation because it comes from inside you
This is my poem about loneliness

Yes but don't you find it's like one of those things when people say afterwards "you should of phoned me" - i know your probably saying to me "thats easier said then done" ha ha
You haven't had much sleep are you okay - thats a silly thing for me to ask ha ha cause your not.
Do you know how long hubby will be in hospital for ?0 -
@SueHeath
no I don’t know how long my husband is going to be in hospital
when you do phone your friends or video call them
it feels as though you are annoying them or they want to do is talk about themselves0 -
I have just seen your reply to me on the names game - bless you i think you are tired/lonely etc.
Please talk to any of us when your ready @marybottomley were all here for one and other x0 -
Yes i know that feeling @marybottomley but sometimes that can be our own thoughts (ie we think were bothering them) also some people will talk about other things to try and distract you from the situation your worried about.
You know you can reach out to us here, there is nearly always someone about.
Have you and hubby got mobile phones ? x0 -
yes my husband has mobile phone and thank you0
-
No need to thank me we can all feel like this more so when our partner/best friend etc are not by our side.
Can you phone hubby to have a chat while he is in hospital, so you know how he is x0 -
I will look out for you posting today when i am on line @marybottomley but i am sure some one else will notice your thread/chat when you want to talk - if not just make another thread/chat but i will watch for you x0
