I have received my forms for my pip review but I'm not sure what to put, everything is pretty much the same with my health condition as it was when i had my last assessment but when I read the form it says to write if anything has changed which it hasn't but I also don't want to just write nothing on the form, do I just say nothing has changed from last time and then describe how each section that is relevant effects me

Hi @rsx - you should fill in a PIP review form with as much detail as you hopefully put in your initial claim form. The form is much shorter, but you can add extra pages at the end ensuring you write your name & National Insurance number on any such additional pages.Do give a couple of recent, detailed examples as to the difficulty you face for each applicable descriptor, i.e. when did it happen, where, what happened, did anyone see this, & were there any consequences to attempting/doing an activity?
Say if you can't do an activity 'reliably,' i.e. safely, to an acceptable standard, repeat as often as one would reasonably expect, or if it takes you much longer than someone without a disability.
Keep a copy of everything, & get a free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office when sending your review form off.
Please come back with any questions.

Hi @rsx
Thanks for your post
Aside from the brilliant suggestions above, I just wanted to share this page on the CAB website which contains further info about the PIP review process which you might find useful. 0
