Hi,As you're claiming a qualifying disability benefit then you will receive a one off payment of £150 in September. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-paymentYou will also be entitled to the £400 energy grant which will be added to your energy account, if the account is in your name. This will be onto your energy account over a period of 6 months from October. There's some information here regarding grants for loft insulation. https://www.government-grants.co.uk/home-insulation-grants/free-insulation/Link here regarding boilers. https://www.freeboilergrantscheme.co.uk/The warm home discount for 2022/23 has changed the eligiblity criteria and if you qualify you'll automatically have £150 added to your enerfy account later in the year. However, claiming a disability benefit alone, no longer qualifies you. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/help/warm-homes-discount

Welcome to the community @kaydutton66
It's great to have you with us! Thank you for joining.
I can see that poppy123456 has pointed you towards some great resources. Have you been able to take a look at those yet?
I'd also suggest that you check out our Disability Energy Support service, who may be able to help.
We also have a page on getting help for gas and electricity bills, which you may find useful to read.0
