That's a great motto unfortunately we sometimes don't have control to pick who is around us though it would be nice if we could1
-
@janer1967 I see where your coming from but from now on I am only going to let positive people around me no more negatively in my life onwards and upwards for me from now on0
-
Good for you @Nicetomeetyou22
I didn't mean it negatively it's just as the saying goes you can choose your friends but not your family . But you can choose if you spend time with them1 -
@janer1967 I know you didn't mean anything by it I don't have any family as I got brought up in Foster care so I don't see them plus my so called mum dad have died so has 2 of my brothers and my big sister my partners mum has died aswell and my own son has died which is very hard but I have my kids my partner so that's enough for me plus I have supportive friends on here like yourself and esp @SueHeath so I would just like to say a big thank you ❤️ xxx0

No need for thanks I know you have lost your family members and a child and empathise I too lost a child in early stages of pregnancy it never leaves you
You do great job with your kids and should be proud they are all you need as is my son
With all you are going through I understand you only wanting to be around positive supportive people0 -

This is a really lovely motto of the day @Nicetomeetyou22. Thanks for sharing it with us. Are you surrounding yourself with people who are lifting you higher? I hope you are.
I am looking forward to hearing everyone else's motto of the day. Only if people would like to share of course

I had a build a bear in memory of mine and had a heart put inside which I wrote a small note on
I've still got it now 20 years later2 -
Hi @SueHeath, @Nicetomeetyou22 translated it correctly. Carpe diem (latin words) means enjoy the day and take the most from each day.1
