If you look at this link, put your postcode into it and it will tell you what advice agency is local to you. They will assist you with filling out the form. https://advicelocal.uk/

Hello @Manudxp
Thanks for your post, the link shared above is certainly a good optionHave you tried CAB too?
Is there any particular aspect of the form you are struggling with?0 -
Hello there @Manudxp and welcome to the community
The DWP advises:
If you need help filling in the form, you can ask a friend, relative, carer, or support worker to help you or call Jobcentre Plus on 0800 169 0310. They can arrange for someone to talk you through the questions over the phone.
I can also encourage you to contact the Scope Helpline if you'd like someone to talk through it with you as well.
If you have any particular questions about the form, you can ask them here on the community, and we'll do what we can to help.
Let us know if we can help you with anything further, and please don't hesitate to reach out for support.

Apologies to all. I forgot, I think but I've recently met a disability employment advisor at the job centre, so from here, for now anyway I might be ok.
I wasn't ignoring and appreciate your responses0 -
There's no need to apologise, don't worry @Manudxp
I'm glad that you feel things may be okay from now on. Let us know how you get on!
