Personally I think this is an insult to regular customers who receive little or no interest from deposits in this Bank!

It is understood that 64,182 members of staff across the group - 99.5% of the workforce - will benefit from the payment.’. That equates to over £64 million pound payout!

I like that they're supporting their staff and imagine it helps boost morale which I think is lacking in every business. I don't think I see a negative but if they can afford such a cost maybe they're profiting too much. :D

Good for Lloyds.  It`s good to see an employer looking after their staff; I`m not with Lloyd and this wouldn`t bother me if I was.
I transferred from the private sector to the public sector under TUPE in 2014.  I have some benefits that my co-workers, who were already in the public sector, don`t have.  That`s the way it goes.

Snap @Lisatho11987777 in my job we had no show of appreciation.
During lock down myself and my boss worked all the way through on site while the rest of the team stayed at home getting 100% of their pay and having to do no work at all. We didn't even get as much as christmas card of the firm, appreciation goes a long way.
