Pip text saying they haven't yet made a decision. Anyone else had this?

You can ring to request a copy of the report anytime. However, please remember that it's not the decision, it's a recommendation only. They do mostly go with the report but it has been know for them to go against it.
Please also be aware that requesting the report very often causes a lot more needless anxiety, even if it's in your favour. For this reason sometimes it's better to just wait for that decision.

I tried ringing them yesterday but after 14mins off waiting on the line, they cut me off so going try again this morning. As I pretty sure I did not pass the assessment and will after to do a MR, I think if I get the report early, I can work on the MR so when the letter comes I will be ready to send in the MR instead of wasting time.

Got my assessment report sent. It is a bit annoying has I no some are saying it can take up to 12 weeks but seem that most who get the text "not yet made a decision" within a few days people get a text with decision made and a letter sent or PIP has been awarded but it all seems like this text is around 8am so if it does not come through than, u have to wait all day and get stressed out and than you after to wait until the next day to see if you get a text than and it becomes a very stressful day after day.
