Hi all, I had my appointment the 31st may and I know it’s only been 13 days but still no decision. I know that they have my Assesment as I had a text on 31st of may. Has anyone got a rough time frame as I am so anxious it’s driving me crazy. Kind reguards

Decision times are between 1-12 weeks sometimes longer. Your wait since the assessment hasn't really been long at all. Once the decision's been made you will receive the decision letter. If it's a first time claim and you're not transferring from DLA if successfully awarded you'll receive any money owed before the decision letter. All you can do is wait.1

Hello there @mayac98 and thanks for reaching out. I'm afraid as poppy mentions it's a bit of a waiting game now, but you've done the hardest part with the assessment, well done!
If it's helpful try to focus on things you really enjoy and which help relax you, and the time will pass more quickly while you wait for your decision letter. Do you have any strategies for managing anxiety day to day that work for you?
Whatever the decision we will be here to support you, and if you have any questions or worries in the meantime then please ask here on the community.

I am on clomipramine for intrusive thoughts I still find it quiet difficult especially when it’s money related0

It sounds really difficult to struggle with money-related things @mayac98. It is understandable that you still find that difficult even though you are on clomipramine for intrusive thoughts.
It is a reflection of the situation more than it is a reflection of yourself. Is there anything which might make this more manageable for you at the moment? We are all here for you0
