Hi all, quick Q when it does come time for a wca, What evidence do I need to send? I have letters from my first diagnosis 6 years ago. Will that still suffice if nothing has changed? Or will I need a more recent one? … I have depression, anxiety and Eupd which leads to act and behave in certain ways. It’s been worse since covid etc.
On the letter it says exactly what my struggles are. Do I need anything else?

Just send what ever you have at the time. All other details of how your conditions affect you can be added to the form when you fill it in.

Hello @jamrumples
Thank you for making this post, I hope you are well.
I just wanted to ask about your mental health, I'm sorry to hear that your conditions have been worse since the pandemic. Do you receive any support at all to manage your mental health?0 -
Hello, I do yes… I’m under the cmht right now, I have 3 monthly reviews with my psychiatrist. I have previously been to counselling, cbt, nothings worked.0

Hello @jamrumples
I see, thanks for explaining, I'm glad that you do have some support in place although I'm sorry to hear that some services haven't worked for you in the past. It can be a case of trial and error sometimes, in that it can take a while to find a method of support that works well for you.0
