Hi Angela,
Thank you for this post. A warm welcome on Scope!
It seems you are already doing all the right things. I would say if they have not given you points for a certain descriptor, then maybe gathering precise evidence to back up how you meet that descriptor might be worthwhile.
Good luck with the PIP Tribunal Appeal!0 -
have you written to them with some evidence of how the descriptors apply to you?0

hi
yes I did😊0 -
Don’t know whether I should expand on them or not ?0
-
Do you think you were very detailed?
I'd also say seeing if you can find a representative or someone to look over the evidence is a good plan. Do you have anywhere near you that can do that?0 -
not sure how i can find my evidence that i submitted now?0

Everything you sent DWP will be in the “bundle” that you will eventually receive. When you receive this you will need to look through everything to make sure it’s all correct.
If you haven’t done this already then you should give a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.0
