Overall Not Coping

I don't know where to start but one of my many practical queries is how do I successfully pay for PIP when my previous (time consuming) application was unsuccessfully and I was scored 0 on every section, to my fury.
As some of you may know, I've posted queries, complaints, thoughts on here a lot in past and promised myself never to return but I'm still enduring all the same and worse.
I finally managed to get a fit note from GP surgery however it runs out next week and I'm so depressed I can barely move.
I applied for new style ESA and was denied that too.
Not coping whatsoever.
Thank you.

To be entitled to New style ESA you'll need to have paid the correct amount of NI contributions in tax years April 2019 to March 2021.
If you're currently working and entitled to SSP then your employer must pay you this for 28 weeks, with a fit note. https://www.gov.uk/statutory-sick-pay/eligibility
You can also look at claiming Universal Credit, it's a means tested benefit so entitlement will depend on your circumstances. If you live with a partner, you claim as a couple. You can report a health condition when you claim and this must be supported with a fit note within 7 days. You must continue to send in fit notes until a decision's been made on your work capability assessment, which can take several months. Use a benefits calculator to check entitlement. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/benefits-calculator/Intro/Home?cid=750c0123-c789-41d5-b02b-fa2fd854caa2
I'm not sure what you mean by "pay for PIP" do you mean, pay for help with a claim? When exactly was the decision made on your last claim? If it's within 13 months you can still request the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) but you need to tell them why you didn't request it within the first month.
There's advice agencies out there that will help and support you for free. You don't need to pay anyone for help. You can check what's available in your area here. https://advicelocal.uk/ drop the box down to "welfare benefits"

Hey poppy and Teddy so I am currently on sick note but other than it excusing me temporarily from work (which I'm not at all capable for)

And dental pain giving me grief.
Managed 2 get a nhs app other day turns out it is a decay and that's what been causing the pain due to a half grown wisdom youth of over 2 yrs which they should have removed when I last complained of bleeding gums and soreness.
Ho3nslru should not be here but still am and non orn to talk to so back here whilst others enjoy the warm weather  outside I'm stuck in this hell hole as usual worse off than before

No energy to reapply for PIP at this time. Its definitely  been over a year since my rejection for it but I didn't manage to appeal. Honestly too much going on for one person to handle.  Need a break

    It's completely valid to take a break @ResilientNeighbour7 :)

I hope you've found Poppy and Teddy's advice helpful, and I understand it's difficult to even consider taking steps on a lot of this with how you are feeling lately. We are all here to support you, and I'd encourage you to ask for help from your GP for something like Healthy Minds, or counselling if you are able to.

I'm sorry to hear about your dental pain, how frustrating. I am glad you got seen with an appointment, have they said what the next step will be?

So many people were nice to me today and I felt even richer with blessings and my friend invited me out for pizza on top of that and met with her little kids who call my auntie and I adore them & received offers and calls and emails...and then I get back satisfied but fatigued due to being chronically Ill
I went to police station about his abuse the other day and he is obviously not happy and taking it all out on me. Why?

That sounds like a nice day @ResilientNeighbour7. It sounds like you have a good friend there :)

I'm not sure why he'd be taking it out on you. It's such a tricky situation. Were the police able to help?

Some of current issues include: ongoing illnesses, ongoing ASB, ongoing  and have no motivation to fight anymore therefore I'm going to stop eating and drinking until they listen, help, respect. I am genuinely not coping despite all i am trying and this heat is not helping. I am surrounded by healthy, privileged, busy yet toxic people. I have been constantly bullied by the neighbours as though life is not bad enough, nobody resolved it, no neighbourhood officer, no MP,no police officer, no social prescriber.
It's not my fault these idiots in authority don't help the people they should be helping. Not happy.

    Good evening @ResilientNeighbour7

How are you at the moment?

Are you safe at the moment? in your comment above you suggested that you no longer have the motivation to fight and that you will stop eating or drinking until you are supported.

I want you to know that you absolutely have our full support and, while I wish we could do more, the online community will always be there for you to access if you ever want to talk.

If you feel unsafe at the moment, or if you ever feel as though you might be at risk of doing something to harm yourself, please contact 999 right away or attend your nearest A&E centre. Furthermore, you can contact Samaritans anytime on 116 123 if you want to have a chat with a friendly call handler.

Last week on the community you mentioned going to the police to talk about some of the abuse you have been the victim of. Have the police been able to do anything about that yet or have they not followed up with you yet? Part of your most recent comment sounded as though they perhaps haven't supported you, but I just wanted to clarify.

Do ensure to take as much care as possible in this heat, and if you ever have concerns about your health please get in touch with your doctor or call 111.

Alongside this post, I have sent you an email from community@scope.org.uk with further details included, please consider giving it a read and getting back to us.

I'm so sorry you aren't coping at her moment and I have seen you have been abused by your neighbour and it has been going on for about a year now. As well as this I'm sorry you are poorly and you are experiencing problems with your benefits. Have you used any of the resources that @Alex_Scope have given you?

Try and keep those fluids up as Sue has mentioned @ResilientNeighbour7, try to rest and relax if you can, keep yourself well fed and hydrated.

If you're still concerned tomorrow perhaps you can contact your GP, do they offer an e-consult service?
