Hello I received a text message first saying they've received my written report after 2 weeks I received a letter they have all the information they need to make a decision and then I received another letter saying they need more information before  they can progress the claim it was asking for a appointee information and details of them in the meantime can they still make a decision without the appointee letter being posted and them receiving it afterwards?

If this is what the letter said then a decision won't be made until they receive the information needed.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
