I don’t think I would actually. Some years ago I would’ve said yes definitely but now I’m older I’m not sure I want the kind of hassle you can get in relationships. It might be nice to be self sufficient and single for a change. I think 🤔1

Probably not; she`d have to be exceptional for me to take a 2nd plunge.

I don't know. I swing between it. I've never been married and think maybe it would be nice but also not. Are you hoping to get married a 4th time @Lisatho11987777?1

I can't see it for me now, but who knows what's around the corner2

@woodbine, completely with you there, albeit only 15 years in!2

Ive been married 3 times and no I wouldn't marry again it has come i
Up few times in conversation with the bf
Long term we plan to live together but not for about 10 years when he retires
For me it's the relationship not the piece of paper after all having the paper didn't stop the others breaking down4 -
It's lovely to see how other people feel I wouldn't get married again my partner now we don't live together but have been yogether 23 years I am to independent and like my own space when needed but we get on realy well he lives 5mins away since we moved which has been good
My partner has also been married before to me its about being committed to someone I don't think a marriage especially in my case shows commitment my first marine didn't even last a year 2nd marriage 2 years 3rd marriage 5 years but only together 3 years
Years ago marriage was different these days most people just live together1 -
@Teddybear12 sorry to hear about your daughter I know how that feels hopefuly as you say you will be able to be friends
Sometimes it's hard to share a life with someone get used to their habits and as people get older things change or circumstances change marriage isn't for me but is for others
My mum and dad were married for 50years before he passed and I belive I will be with my partner until then without being married well I hope1 -
@Teddybear12 I totally understand how what you went through impacted your relationship
It would be nice to be friends again if you can both achieve that and hope you have some happier memories you.can share2 -
Commiserations @Teddybear122

My husband passed away 4 years ago. The 3rd June is our anniversary and it would have been 40 years. I sent myself some flowers that cheered me a bit, but I do miss him so much. I can't imagine being married to any one else now.2

@easy sorry to hear that x1
