Move as little as possible! Stay still and just move when you really have to. Plan ahead when you are going to move.
Also, don’t keep thinking/complaining that it’s too hot - in my experience that makes you even more hot and bothered. Just accept that the heat is here to stay and live with it.1 -
An excellent answer @66Mustang it made me chuckle
the struggle with heat is real- but acceptance is key to relief!

I personally open windows, ware light cool clothing,
Drink plenty, sit out side, don't use the quilt0 -
Well @Biblioklept you've exposed the one piece of information I managed to retain from Biology lessons in school:
Drinking hot drinks in hot weather does a better job of cooling the body down internally, instead of a cold drink, which makes our insides think we need to be warmer!
And @Sandy_123 light cool clothing is definitely more comfortable, you feel like you can float around then0 -
I have found that placing my feet in a bowl filled with cold water lowers my temperature a great deal, very effective.
Secondly if its really very very hot I have a cold water bottle filled with chilled water. The foot in the bowl thing works best I find.0 -

If it's very hot outside then draw the curtains/closed blinds to stop the sun shining through and heating the house. Freeze a big bowl of water and put it in front of a fan (so that the air blows over it).
I really don't cope well in the heat, but I remind myself that it won't last forever!0 -
I find a wet, clean T/Towel around the back of my neck helps.0
