Hello @1977young and happy birthday for Saturday!
I hope it all goes well for you, we're all here to support you. It's natural to feel nervous, but I'm sure you've prepared for today.
Is there anything you're unsure of that you'd like help with?0 -
Good morning and thank u.

Not to worry @1977young that's understandable, if anything does come up that you haven't prepared for, I don't think there's anything wrong with taking a break if you need to, or asking them to explain things again. Will you have anyone with you to support you today?0

Hi sorry for not getting back yesterday. I was abit upset. They have adjourned the hearing they needed my medical records and they also suggested i make a new application. Which i have already done today.0

Has your condition got worse since the assessment took place, if so did you mention this to them, or was there evidence that may have suggested this? This is the only reason that i can think of for them to advise you to start a new claim.

Yes it has.0

1977young said:Yes it has.Thanks. When you receive the forms you should give a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.Do you currently have an award in place?0

Ok thank u so much this time i have citizens advice that will help me too.0

No i don't Currently have a award in place0

Because you are making a new application you will create a 'closed period' for the tribunal outcome.
When your new application is decided the decision will apply from the date of your new claim. Any decision the tribunal make about your previous claim will only apply from the date of that original claim up to the date of your new claim.poppy123456 said: Do you currently have an award in place?
