A random question.
I always check it in the morning while I have my coffee(s), then in the evening between around 4-7pm I’m on it quite a bit as I spend a few hours on the computer. Then maybe 1-2 times during the day.

In the morning usually while eating breakfast and then throughout the day as rewards for getting tasks done I reward myself with internet time for doing mundane things. I don't tend to in the late afternoon or evenings as games I play get busier so I do those then. Also when I'm meant to be working I browse here and other sites while thinking1

Daily for an hour Monday - Friday but might be biased because I am a volunteer1

I am quickly becoming addicted! This is a great, friendly and well looked after community. Feels really safe to talk about anything bothering me and it's great that you accept any disability, whilst concentrating on Cerebral Palsy. There is such a wide amount of experience here. Thank you, Community staff1
