Hello Scope online community

I think of sending my personal poem about struggling with mental health into a poetry writing opportunity I am thinking of applying for.

Poem called Mental Health

  1. A young man Jay suffered with his mental health.

  2. He comes from an ashen family where typically don't talk about our mental health the others outside the family.

  3. I felt so depressed and could not rest.

  4. I felt so stressed.

  5. I guess my family was a bit worried about me.

  6. My family took me to see my GP.

  7. She made a referral to the Mind charity.

  8. The councillor helped me to the route of my problems.

  9. Which made me have a more positive outlook on life

  10. I think need to find a passion in life

  11. My poetry writing brought a positive light

  12. So many people don't reach out for help.

  13. Or yelp for help

  14.  Extend a hand to a person who needs help.

  15. I have found my passion in life.

  16. I hope one day to have a wife.

  17. Who l can enjoy my life with

  18. I feel it is important to embrace life with both hands.

  19. New opportunities have arrived on my feet

  20. He beat his depression into submission.

  21. I found my poetry writing got me through difficult times.

  22. I find praying always makes fears disappear.

  23. As I wipe my tears.

  24. As the day nears when I believe.

  25. I tell myself I can achieve.

  26. Now I am feeling ten.

  27.  I feel less stressed and depressed.

  28.  I count to two in my head, say whoosa.

  29. At a quick rate.

  30. I use a blank page in my notebook to express my emotions.

  31. As I dream about oceans.

  32. They are peaceful and tranquil places.

  33. What a confident young man you have become.

  34. I become numb whenever I enter my poetry into competitions.

  35. I hope to succeed one day.

  36.  I am at ease now.

  37. In my hour of need, the counsellors at Mind helped me.

  38. Our minds are powerful tools.

  39.  We are pressure jewels

  40. We all are so cool dudes.
