Hi @Nicetomeetyou22, I love a storm, there’s just something about them, the energy in the air. Be brave and sing while you’re sailing.1

@Karen7788 I love storms too it's been raining here on/off so I have been standing in my garden releasing what energy I have ❣️0

@Karen7788 I always sing it helps me get through my pain I suffer with severe osteoarthritis it started in my shoulder couple years ago and it's spread the pain is awful I'm on meds but they don't seem to be working now my doc won't put me on anything stronger the pain is horrid it makes me cry and now my doctor has referred me to the pain management clinic at the hospital but I could be waiting months to be seen0

Hi @Nicetomeetyou22, I’m sorry to here that. Pain is a horrible thing, especially in the middle of the night when time seems to slow down. I have rheumatoid arthritis and often get flares in my shoulder and understand how debilitating it can be, it’s the joint that I dread getting a flare in more than any other.Hopefully your appointment at the pain clinic will come through more quickly than you expect. If it gets too much for you please contact your GP again and stress how bad it is.0

@Nicetomeetyou22, ring the surgery again and reiterate how much pain you are in. Does physio help? I know it helped me with my shoulder. My children, even though it’s hard work at times, always kept me going and lifted my spirits.0
