That's okay @sierrafox thank you for being so honest and open about how things are for you at the moment. I'm glad you feel supported by the Scope team.

It's really positive that you are already accessing support for your mental health, and seeking to understand the way you're feeling. Sometimes we just can't understand, and that can be frustrating I know.

Sometimes stress about one thing can trigger something else and make it resurface, and I'd always advise you to chat to your counsellor about it, as I'm not an expert.

Do you think there are ways you could still socialise from home? That's certainly something you're doing here on the community.

I wonder if there are any hobbies you could get into at home too, anything that interests you that you've never tried before?

We are here to listen, so please reach out whenever you need to. You know you've got access to your crisis line, your counsellor, and the NMHT too, as well as the organisations I've shared with you today.

Please remember you're not alone in this, and we're here to support you :)

One of my friends is suggesting go in and try it and see how I get on. But I know what the work involves and how hard it can be. And working the graveyard shift is not good for mental health.

I’m in a pickle. I’m sure CAB said you can reclaim benefits within 12 weeks if a work trial goes wrong or awry.
