Hi, I receive ESA and PIP and I'm looking into moving in with my partner who works full time... Would I still be able to claim for the rent etc? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

If any part of your ESA is Income Related then this will end because your partner will be earning too much money. If you currently claim for any help with the rent through housing benefit, whether you're entitled to any if you live with your partner will depend on their earnings.
If any part of your ESA is contributions based then this will continue. (£117.60/week)
Best thing to do is get a full benefits check from an advice agency to check entitlement to Universal Credit. Or you can use a benefits calculator and put both of your details into it and see what the result is. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/benefits-calculator/Intro/Home?cid=3abb2e00-e71c-4b93-84e8-e49716ad39ea
    Your PIP won't be affected.

Is there a minimum of hours she could work so it doesn't affect my ESA? Cheers

If all of your ESA is income related then she would only be able to earn £20 per week and anything more than this will reduce your ESA £1 for £1.
UC would be a better option here so use a benefits calculator and put in different earnings figures to see what the results are. As you’re in the Support Group for ESA you would be entitled to the LCWRA from the start of your claim.

Thanx, I contacted citizens advice and they calculated it.

I assume you gave them your partners details and earnings?
