My services are up to a year to wait as I'm not seen as priority because I can walk my cp not seen to effect me that much. So been forced to go private0
-
That's really frustrating @mollymandy97. CP can affect everyone in different ways. That doesn't mean it affects you any less
How are you feeling about going private?

I don't really have much choice as been paying private for years for physio.wilst trying to get nhs as no such thing physio in my area people with LD have more access to extended service then physical need as the deemed0
-
To have high need for extra services. Which lead have access short term nhs physio because it a long term condition you don't get short listed0

Hi @mollymandy97
This is the exact situation that Scope and our research partners are seeking to change. Cerebral palsy is a life-long condition and requires long-long, consistent physiotherapy support.1 -
i agree with all said here i to are forced to use a private physio even though i have a more severe form of CP it costs so much that i can only see them once a year which is nowhere near enough i also need hydro but cant find anywhere locally that caters for all my needs0
