If people are denied PIP and you (im sure you all know the protocol)have to go through the Mandatory etc...(tribunal)
And said person's have their money stopped whilst this procedure occurs. At a time like we are all going through (fuel, food, energy costs)
How are these people supposed to survive and cope?

With debilitating symptoms and some of these folks living alone. Money cut..How on earth will they cope?

Just wondered if charities and places like scope, have anything in place or just simply know how someone thats disabled could manage.

Its going to be hard for everyone , but for the disabled(for the want of a better term) theyre going to be placed into such a vulnerable and dangerous position.

    Hi @Middleton

Thanks for posting, it certainly is a tough time for many people across the country at the moment. Benefits like PIP and other financial support have never been more important I think. Scope have a page about extra costs that disabled people face, which further emphasises the challenges that people will be facing at the moment with everything costing more.

Of course Scope and other organisations have support services that people can access through these tough times, and encourage the authorities to do everything they can to support those who need it.
