Apply for Deceased Persons Military Records
Hello,
On behalf of the Ministry of Defence’s (MOD) team working on a new online project to help users ‘Apply for a Deceased Persons Military Record’.
The team is working to improve the experience of those who use this service on GOV.UK and it would help us if users could now test our work to ensure it meets their needs; this includes assisted digital/assisted technology and accessibility users.
Although participation doesn't offer a cash reward, your feedback will help improve GOV.UK. If this is of interest, I am happy to provide more information.
Participants can share their interest via DBSCIO-ADPMRFeedback@mod.gov.uk or call (+44)300 162 5064, (+44)300 1516241 within the working hours of Monday - Friday 11:00 to 16:00
Thank you for your consideration.
