LCWRA is part of UC so get the first Cost of Living Payment of £326, you must have been entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 26 April 2022 to 25 May 2022.
If you were, then yes you will receive the first payment. Full details here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hello @glow2004 thanks for your query. To answer, here's the information from the Gov.uk website:

You may get a payment of £650 paid in 2 lump sums of £326 and £324 if you get payments of any of the following:
    • Universal Credit
    • income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
    • income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
    • Income Support
    • Pension Credit
    • Child Tax Credit
    • Working Tax Credit
You will not get a payment if you get New Style Employment and Support Allowance, contributory Employment and Support Allowance, or New Style Jobseeker’s Allowance, unless you get Universal Credit.

If you have a joint claim with a partner, you will get one payment of £326 and one payment of £324 for your joint claim, if you’re entitled.
To get the first Cost of Living Payment of £326, you must have been entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 26 April 2022 to 25 May 2022.

You'll get paid £326 automatically, between 14 and 31 July 2022 (for most people).

The second payment of £324 should be paid out in Autumn 2022.

I hope that's helpful for you, but let us know if anything doesn't make sense :)
